week 2 day 2

I for one am missing the soreness. Can anyone reckomend some warm ups that might increase my chances of pulling a muscle or two perhaps. Seriously i wanna feel the burn all day.maybe i need to push myself a bit more if i can.

week two is a bit harder for sure.the dive bombs are insane. i had to do 20 then 15 then 13.

the one legged planks are outrageous.

just have to remember
outrageous pain = outrageous abdominals.

i might be starting college in a few days and its gonna be an hour up and back every day on the bus. I wont let it affect my diet or programme. no way hosa.
