Today was my first day of week four.its the most frustrating week i think for two reasons
1. ball push ups. (what fresh hell is this)
the truth is i didnt feel any considerable pain from these because they were so difficult to execute. thats the frustrating part.
2. Timimg. i found it impossible to keep checking my phone foe time because it would wreck the momentum. i ended up approximating or doing 20 reps or more.
I did the intermediate level(approx). i did 6 circuts but wasnt exuasted or anything.i felt guilty! i remember after week two (which ended on single leg planks) i was snarling profanities.
my song for ispiration toady is "the greatest love all" by whitney. its about loving yourself which is one of the best reasons to exercise. its also got elements of raising children.you might appreciate that sentiment more than me sickofthegut. im still to selfish and young.

Keep it up!
Try those ball pushups again. Try them slow.
Someone else tried them with their hands facing out.
Let's keep it burning!!!!!
Yeah if you turn your hands out to the sides when doing the ball pushups and have gloves on you can get around 20-25 in a 1 minute period. I didnt feel it in my arms or chest like regular pushups but rather I felt it mostly in my abs towards the last 20 seconds. They felt like planks and pushups combined to me.
Thats crazy you did 6 circuits!!
I was only able to do 4 at the advanced level, and it killed me!
Im on week1 so its not like i can sugest anything but i believe that turning your hands out to the sides will give you a harder time so u should try that.
About the timing you should try something i read dont remember from who, just count how many reps your able to do in that time and then use that as a reference so you dont have to worry about timing.
Good Luck for the rest of the week.
You gotta love those ball push-ups. I do them for fun...NOT, but they are so good for conditioning the mind and body. Keep plugging away, you are doing outstanding.
