week seven. SPARTA!

This was a tough one. It was refreshing though to know that each exercise was the last round you would have to do. it made you really wanna push it.i did

30 staggered pushups
2x15 expolosive
2x 15 hindu
the pull ups were hard cause im used to the chin ups.i was surprised how it got so much harder by adjusting your hands slighltly.i did it as 6 reps x 5.

then i did my usuall 4 rounds.

by the way i added up the miles that this programme contains of hiit and i came up with 151 miles for my speed.that would take me from the west coust of ireland to the west coust of england!!!!!!! im so pumped.

the soreness is back in my legs now and i love it.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. Yeah Im going to add the weight lifting, its something I used to do a long time ago and its something I enjoy. Plus I really want to maximize my results. Arnels program has already changed me more than any other type of workout regimine I have ever done.

These next 8 weeks will be really tough for me, so I'll be checkin in with you guys alot more probably.

btw... I'm sooo excited to come a little bit closer to week 7, everyone is talking about it, and you've just made it across europe so... I think i'll travel back to Colombia(my home country, from canada) and come back! lol

I'm hoping to bring my max chinup to 20 by monday. i've been doing set after set all week basically 5 days a week i do pullups.

I look forward to seeing your results, we getting PUMPED!!

i switched supplments from whey protein to isolate, since in lifting heavy now i need more protein, jumped from 23grams going up to 50grams combined with animal stack so i should get bigger (muscle not fat) soon. I'm still doing the HIIT 5 days a week... hah it gets hard by the 4th and 5th then the GRUELING cooldown.. my god!! running at 8mpg for 5 additional minutes.. its just WRONG!! ;)
